After you pay for the item, we will request a shippinglabel from UPS and email it to you, so make sure youremail address is current. How do I package the unit? A. As the unit contains delicate electronics and can be damaged in shipping, you will need topack it well.We recommend that you use a large box (so that there are about3-4 inches of extra space on each side), wrap the unit in a layer of bubble wrap and fill in the extra spaces with packing peanuts.Dont forget to include your contact details in the box. Q. Is removal ofthe clusteran easy procedure? A. Unfortunately, we do not have any information on the removal of this cluster.
